Southside Works

Clear Story developed the architectural lighting strategy for the SouthSide Works redevelopment in Pittsburgh, collaborating with the design team to reimagine a series of outdoor gathering spaces, including Container Park and Tunnel Park. The lighting design emphasized energy-efficient solutions that balanced ambiance, safety, and durability while enhancing the character of plazas, retail spaces, landscape features, and pedestrian areas. Through an integrated approach, the project strengthened the identity of SouthSide Works and created a welcoming public environment after dark.
